Optimal Health is a choice you make over and over.
The" WHY" isn't just what gets you on the path, it reminds you why you started when you get tired of the day to day journey that shows progress slowly at times.
WRITE and REVIEW your reasons WHY
It is important to have your WHY as an anchor you can return to when feeling discouraged, challenged or frustrated on your journey.
How will you feel a year from now when you have done your best towards your goal each day?
Discover your Deepest WHY:
Write down the top three reasons why you want to achieve your goal and improve your health.

Now, go back and ask, "why do I want that?"
For example, if your first reason was "to feel better" don't stop there, ask "Why do you want to feel better." This encourages you to go deeper. Then ask "why" again.
Going 3 levels deep will help you get to your core WHY.
Connecting to your deeper WHY is a key foundation to your success in achieving your goal.
A couple questions to assist your discovery:
What will {insert your goal} and improving your health provide for you in your life?
How is your health connected to what is important to you in your life?
What are your current priorities in your life? What do you want them to be (if different than what they are)
How do you want to feel? Look?
What do you want to be able to do?
What new possibilities open by reaching your goal?

Put those reasons somewhere you can see them when you may feel unmotivated or frustrated.
